From learning to leading

Edward grew up in Nantes, France, and studied project management and computer science. At City College of San Francisco, he also deepened his understanding of computer networks and business, learning how technology and organizations work together.

He spent seven years at GM’s Cruise working on technology for autonomous vehicles, then worked on large scale infrastructure at Intuit. Today, as a technology consultant, he brings that experience in planning, teamwork, and accountability to public service.

A home and a commitment here

Edward and his husband, George, have made their home in Desert Hot Springs District 1. George teaches kindergarten at an elementary school in Desert Hot Springs, supporting local children and families through his work every school day.

They value the stability of a home, steady work, and showing up for their neighbors. For Edward, giving back means listening to residents, being present in the community, and taking responsibility for the choices that affect local families.

Why Edward is running

Edward is running for Desert Hot Springs City Council District 1 because he wants residents to be heard and protected. He would bring careful planning, clear explanations, and dependable follow through to decisions made at City Hall.
